White Chocolate Sauce
| 180 g | white chocolate, chopped |
| 2 tbsp | whipping cream |
| 2 tbsp | corn syrup |
| 1 ½ tsp | Creme de Cacao |
| ½ tsp | vanilla extract |
Method
Place chocolate in a small bowl over boiling water. Stir constantly, until chocolate melts. Remove from heat, and set aside.
Place whipping cream in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add syrup, stirring until blended.
Add melted chocolate, creme de cacao and vanilla. Keep stirring constantly, until smooth.
