Cookies, not only for Christmas

Ingredients

150 g flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
80 g ground almond
2 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
75 g brown sugar
1 pinch(es) salt
1/2  lemon, the juice
100 g butter
1 medium egg
200 g rasberry jam
 some icing sugar for decoration
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 20 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Knead a dough with all the ingredients. Cool for 30 minutes.

Roll out approximately 3 mm thin. Cut out bottom and cover parts, same amount each.

Bake at 160° for 15-20 minutes. Let cool and fill bottom part with jam. Cover with top part and sprinkle with some icing sugar.
