Honey Mustard Meatloaf

Ingredients

700 g minced beef
30 g bread crumbs
2 medium eggs
2 medium onions, chopped
1 tsp dried basil
3 tbsp Dijon mustard
3 tbsp honey
  salt and pepper, to taste

Method

Preparation time: ca. 20 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Combine beef, bread crumbs, onions, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix in eggs.

Shape into loaf and place loaf in baking pan.

Combine honey and mustard and brush half of the mixture on the loaf. Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes. Brush with remaining honey and mustard mixture and bake for 30-45 minutes longer.
