Ingredients

500 g minced beef
 some olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
carrots, peeled, diced
1 stalk(s) celery, diced
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 medium potatoes, peeled, diced
1/2 tsp dried basil
1 1/2 l water
  salt and pepper, to taste

Method

Preparation time: ca. 20 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Brown beef in oil in a larke skillet, 5 minutes. Add the onion and cook 5 minutes longer.

Add all the remaining ingredients, cover and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
