Ingredients

4 large potatoes, peeled, sliced
90 g Parmesan cheese, grated
25 g flour
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
2 tbsp butter
  salt and pepper, to taste

Method

Preparation time: ca. 20 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Melt butter in a baking dish. Combine cheese, flour, salt and pepper into plastic bag that can be zipped up. Put potatoes into bag and shake to coat.

Place potatoes into prepared baking dish and bake for 30 minutes. Turn over and bake for fruther 20 minutes.
