Ingredients

90 g butter, unsalted
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  salt and pepper
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 5 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Melt the butter in a small frying pan and cook until darkened to a nut-brown colour Add the vinegar, season with a little salt and pepper and pour the sauce immediately over the fish.
