Ingredients

750 g salmon fillet, bones removed, cut in half
1 tsp olive oil
  salt and pepper, to taste
  For the dill sauce:
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp milk
3 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 10 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, milk, and dill in a small bowl. Set aside.

Lightly grease the grill rack and place the salmon on top, skin side down.

Brush the top of the salmon with oil and sprinkle each piece with salt and pepper.

Grill for 7-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon.

Serve with the Dijon dill sauce.
