Beef and Rice Stir Fry
| 250 g | steak, cut into thin pieces |
| 500 g | rice, cooked |
| 4 medium | onions, chopped |
| 4 | carrots, peeled, chopped |
| 150 g | green peas |
| 2 tbsp | soy sauce |
| 120 ml | vegetables oil |
Method
Sauté beef with 1 tablespoon oil and then set aside.
Add remaining oil to a wok add rice and all other ingredients. Toss ingredients with a spatula while adding soy sauce to taste.
