Ingredients

100 g chocolate biscuits, cumbled
60 g butter, melted
500 g cream cheese
100 g granulated sugar
bananas, mashed
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
20 g walnuts, chopped
80 g chocolate chips
1 tbsp butter
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 15 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Combine crumbled biscuits and butter, mix well, and press into the bottom of a springform. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, bananas and vanilla. Mix until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Mix after each addition. Fold in half of the walnuts.

Pour mixture into the baked crust and sprinkle with remaining walnuts.

Return to the oven and bake 30-40 minutes, until almost set. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.

Melt chocolate chips and 1 tbsp butter in the microwave and whisk until combined. Drizzle chocolate over the cheesecake.

Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

Hi I am sure you do not mean 20 gallons of walnuts, what is the correct quanitiy please.

oops, no those "gallons" are meant to be grams. I must have slipped a line when selecting the unit. I shall correct that one asap :-)
