Ingredients

1 l tomato juice
2 medium tomatoes, diced
1 tsp horseradish
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp dill weed
3 medium eggs, hard-boiled. grated
green onions, chopped
  salt and pepper, to taste
  Tobasco sauce, to taste

Method

Preparation time: ca. 30 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Combine all ingredients and heat over low heat. Stir occasionally. When heated through, remove from heat and leave to cool to room temperature. Then refrigerate for about 2 hours before serving.
