A light and fluffy frosting for carrot cake and pumpkin cake

Ingredients

130 g butter
500 g cream cheese
300 g confectioner's sugar
2 tsp vanilla
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 5 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Combine butter and cream cheese in a bowl and beat on low speed until smooth. Now add the vanilla and beat again.

Gradually add sugar and continue beating until smooth.

This is enough frosting for a 28cm cake - 2 layers (inside and outside).
