Vegetable Salsa Dip
| 4 | plum tomatoes, chopped |
| 2 | avocados, peeled, pitted, diced |
| 1 | red bell pepper, seeded, choppped |
| fresh parsely, chopped | |
| 60 | lime juice |
| 2 tbsp | hot sauce |
| salt and pepper, to taste |
Method
In a medium bowl combine all the ingredients. Season wtih salt and pepper and mix well. For a smoother dip, process in a blender.
Serve it with tortilla chips, bread sticks or raw vegetables such as carrots.
