Ingredients

200 g rice, cooked
avocado, peeled, pitted, diced
60 g olives, pitted, halved
100 g cherry tomatoes, halved
  Parmesan cheese, grated
  salt and pepper, to taste
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 20 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Combine all ingredients and season with salt and pepper. If desired, add some fresh chopped herbs such as basil, parsley or oregano.
