250 g cantaloupe melon
250 g honeydew melon
avocado, peeled, pitted, diced
8 slice(s) Parma ham

Layer avocado cubes in the bottom of a serving dish or little bowl, then place a layer of cantaloupe on top, then ham, then avocado, then honeydew and finally another layer of ham.
