Ingredients

500 g mushrooms
120 ml single cream
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp dry white wine
  salt and pepper, to taste

Method

Preparation time: ca. 10 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Melt butter in pan and sauté onions until soft. Add mushrooms and sauté together with the onion. Add cream and wine and simmer until sauce begins to thicken a bit. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve as a side dish on its own or with pasta or rice.
