Ingredients
| 3 kg | strawberries |
| 400 g | sugar |
| 120 ml | orange juice |
Method
Preparation time: ca. 5 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a
Puree strawberries in a blender until smooth. Pour into bowl, and add sugar and orange juice. Mix with an electric mixer. Use sauce over ice cream or fruit salads.
