Ingredients

4 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp olive oil
4 clove(s) garlic, minced
240 ml double cream
150 ml dry white wine
1 tsp white pepper
1 tbsp cornstarch or plain flour
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 10 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Heat oil in small saucepan and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add all remaining ingredients and stir until cheese is melted and cornstarch is dissolved. Cook for about 5 minutes und stir occasionally until sauce thickens.
