Ingredients

150 g sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp minced ginger root
3 clove(s) garlic, minced
60 ml wine vinegar
80 ml soy sauce
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 5 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

Marinate chicken pieces for one hour. Then use to brush on chicken during the cooking.
