Marinade for Prawns
| 2 tbsp | Dijon mustard |
| 50 g | butter, melted |
| 3 clove(s) | garlic, crushed |
| 2 tbsp | olive oil |
| 2 tbsp | fresh basil, chopped |
| juice of 1 lemon | |
| salt and pepper, to taste |
Method
Combine all ingredients in a shallow dish and place prawns inside. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
