Ingredients

pie crust, see database
900 g pumpkin purée
1 medium egg
400 ml condensed milk
110 g brown sugar
30 g flour
30 g pecans, chopped
60 g butter
1 tsp cinnamon, ground

Method

Preparation time: ca. 15 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Blend together the egg, pumpkin purée and condensed milk. Pour mixture into the unbaked pie shell.

Combine the brown sugar, flour, chopped pecans, butter and cinnamon and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle mixture on top of pumpkin mixture.

Bake for 50-55 minutes. Let pie cool before serving.
