Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients

1 bunch(es) flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
8 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp oregano, dried
125 ml olive oil, extra virgin
60 ml red wine vinegar
2 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper, freshly grounded
5 small red hot chilies, finely chopped

Method

Preparation time: ca. 15 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Combine ingredients very well. Before serving let stand for at least 5 hours.

Use as a marinade or serve on the side of just about any meat. Yummy on pizza.

Store sauce in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
