Salmon in Puff Pastry

With a cream cheese and herb crust

Ingredients

puff pastry
150 g cream cheese
200 g sour cream
3 piece(s) white bread, no crust
1 bunch(es) parsley
 some dill
 some salt
 some pepper
1 piece(s) egg yolk
600 g salmon
 some milk
 some garlic, optional
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 20 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Wash the salmon and remove skin and bones. Put it on the rolled out puff pastry.

Soak the bread in some milk. Then mix cream cheese, sour cream, herbs, garlic, bread and spices together and put onto the fish.

Fold the puff pastry around the fish, rolling the ends in and brush with egg yolk. Bake in oven at 200°C for 30 minutes until golden brown.
