Summer Fruit Salad with Pimms

Ingredients per portions

grapefruit, peeled, sliced
oranges, peeled, sliced
bananas, sliced
6 large strawberries, sliced
nectarines, peeled, sliced
½  honeydew melon, sliced
  sugar
  lemon juice
50 ml Pimms, if desired


Method

Combine all sliced and chopped fruit in large mixing bowl. Add sugar to taste and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add some Pimms, stir well and let stand for about 1 hour before serving.
