Ingredients

90 g butter
90 g caster sugar
2 large eggs
1 tbsp dark rum
90 g almonds, ground
20 g rice flour
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 5 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Mix the butter with the sugar and beat until fluffy. Mix in the eggs and rum. Fold in the almonds and flour. Toss gently.

Use cream as a base filling for sweet tarts.
