Banana Custard

For babies 8-10 months

Ingredients per portions

bananas
3 medium eggs, yolks only
120 ml milk
1 pinch(es) cinnamon

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour mixture into ramekins and bake at 150°C for approximately 20 minutes. Remove from oven when a knife inserted into the center of custard comes out clean.
