Ingredients

1 kg pike fillets, washed, pat dry
500 g flour
500 g corn meal
4 tsp salt
4 tsp pepper
350 ml beer
500 ml oil for frying
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 15 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Preheat oil in pan.

Combine flour, corn meal, salt, pepper, and beer to make batter.

Dip each fillet into the batter and carefully submerge in the hot oil. Fry until golden brown.
