Hello Pinklady!
The ingredients for this recipe sound great, but it can't be 500g of meat for just one person. This must be a mistake.

Hi Sara59,
true, it looks a bit odd. I hadn't quite calculated that one as I used to make this dish and then also eat some leftovers the next day. It is easily enough for 2-3 or even 4 people, depending on how big the portions are that you serve and eat. But I guess this is the case with most minced beef dishes. At least in my experience...

I'm going to try this dish (today! lol), just not sure do you bake it covered or uncovered?

Thanks :)

I usually cook it uncovered. I just check on it while it is cooking to make sure it isn't burning etc.

Tried it out last night. I found it somewhat too sweet and the meat balls a bit too dense, although this was probably because I left it a bit too long in the oven, didn't get my timing right.
