Ingredients

2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
240 ml milk
1 tsp sherry
1/2 tsp curry powder
  salt and pepper, to taste
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 5 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Melt butter over low heat, blend in flour, salt, curry powder and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth.

Remove from heat and stir in milk and sherry. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook for 1 more minute.
