Zucchini Soup
| 2 | zucchini, sliced |
| 1 | onion, finely chopped |
| 4 tbsp | butter |
| 1 l | vegetable broth, clear |
| 1 l | cream |
| 2 slice(s) | toasted bread |
| salt and pepper, to taste |
Method
Sautée onions in a pan with butter. Cut zucchini, put in the pan and roast them for a short time or utnil tender.
Season with salt and pepper, add broth and cream. Cook for 15 minutes, then purée all in a blender. Serve with toasted bread.
