Ingredients per portions

2  avocados, peeled, seeded, diced
200 g sweet corn
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  For the Dressing:
10 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
100 ml olive oil
  salt, to taste


Method

Combine avocado, corn, tomatoes, lime juice, cilantro, chile peppers, and salt. Cover and refrigerate until ready to be served.
