Ingredients

pork sausages
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove(s) garlic, minced
240 ml tomato sauce
120 ml vegetable broth
240 ml red wine
bay leaf, chopped
1 sprig(s) rosemary, chopped

Method

Preparation time: ca. 15 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Grill the pork sausages, slice diagonally, and set aside.

In a large pan, sauté onion and garlic until soften. Add tomato sauce, stock and red wine, bay leaf and sprig of rosemary. Bring to simmering point and cook for 15-20 minutes, until rich and reduced.

Stir in the sausages and heat through. Serve with pasta.
