Ingredients

500 g cauliflower
  salt and pepper, to taste
  For the Batter:
100 g bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 medium eggs
1 dash(es) pepper
180 ml milk
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 15 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Mix together all ingredients for the batter and beat until well combined.

Sprinkle pieces of cauliflower with salt and pepper and dip in batter. Fry in deep fat and drain on kitchen paper.
