Potato Fritters
| 400 g | potatoes, peeled, cooked, sliced |
| 2 tbsp | cream |
| 2 tbsp | wine |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| nutmeg. grated | |
| cayenne pepper | |
| 2 medium | eggs, yolks only, beaten |
| 1 medium | egg, beaten |
| 100 g | flour |
Method
Place potato slices in a bowl and add cream, wine, and seasonings. Add beaten eggs and beat until smooth. Add flour and mix again.
Drop by spoonfuls into a frying pan and fry until browned. Drain on kitchen paper.
