Ingredients

750 g beef fillet, sliced thinly
150 ml plum sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 clove(s) garlic, minced
1 tsp red chili, chopped
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp dry sherry
4 tsp cornflour
2 tbsp oil
120 ml water
beef stock cube
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 15 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Combine beef, sauces, garlic, ginger, chili, sugar, sherry and 2 teaspoons of cornflour in a large bowl. Mix well and marinate beef for 1 hour.

Heat some oil in a wok, add beef and stir-fry for few minutes. Remove meat when cooked and repeat with remaining oil and beef.

Return beef to wok with marinade, blended water and extra cornflour and stock cube. Stir until mixture thickens.
