Ingredients

150 g lean mince beef
250 g tomatoes, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove(s) garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger puree
1 tbsp curry paste
50 g peas
1 tbsp onion powder
150 ml water

Method

Preparation time: ca. 10 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion, garlic and ginger until soft. Add the mince and the curry paste and cook for until well combined and the beef is browned. Add the remaining ingredients and leave to simmer for 15 minutes.
