Ingredients

600 g rump steak, thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp red curry paste
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove(s) garlic, minced
400 ml coconut milk
2 tsp cornflour
200 g green beans
100 g mushrooms

Method

Preparation time: ca. 10 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Gently fry beef until brown. Set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add curry paste, garlic and onions and cook for 1-2 minutes. Pour in coconut milk and bring to the boil.

Combine cornflour with enough water to make a paste and add to pan. Stir continuously.

Return beef to pan and also add beans and chopped mushrooms. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
