Ingredients

60 ml vegetable oil
2 tbsp flour
3 tbsp chili powder
250 ml tomato sauce
300 ml water
1/4 tsp cumin, ground
1 clove(s) garlic, minced
  salt and pepper, to taste

Method

Preparation time: ca. 15 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in flour and chili powder and cook until lightly brown, stirring continuously.

Stir in tomato sauce, water, cumin, garlic powder, and onion salt into the flour and chili powder. Cook and stir until smooth and thickened slightly. Season with salt.
