Ingredients per portions

500 g marrow bones
500 ml water
2 medium carrots
1 medium onion
2 stalks celery
  fresh herbs:
  rosemary

Method

Combine bones, water, carrots, onion, celery, and rosemary. Cook in oven at 180°C for 2 hours. Remove bones, vegetables and herbs. Use remaining liquid as beef stock.
