Homemade Beef Stock
| 500 g | marrow bones |
| 500 ml | water |
| 2 medium | carrots |
| 1 medium | onion |
| 2 stalks | celery |
| fresh herbs: | |
| rosemary |
Method
Combine bones, water, carrots, onion, celery, and rosemary. Cook in oven at 180°C for 2 hours. Remove bones, vegetables and herbs. Use remaining liquid as beef stock.
