Balsamic Vinaigrette
| 1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
| 1 tbsp | Dijon mustard |
| 120 ml | balsamic vinegar |
| 1 tsp | rosemary, thyme or oregano |
| 180 ml | olive oil |
| black pepper, freshly ground |
Method
Whisk together the garlic, mustard, vinegar, and rosemary. Gradually add the oil, keep whisking until the mixture thickens slightly. Season to taste with pepper.
Store in refrigerator.
