Ingredients

1 kg penne
  Pasta Sauce:
50  fresh basil leaves, chopped
60 g walnuts, chopped
4 clove(s) garlic, minced
240 ml olive oil
60 g Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 dash(es) salt and pepper, to taste

Method

Preparation time: ca. 10 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Cook pasta al dente.

Combine oil, garlic, red pepper, Parmesan cheese, herbs and spices in a sauce pan. Bring to a simmer for 1 minute and immediately remove from heat.

Pour mixture over cooked and hot pasta and stir well.
