Tofu Fingers
| 500 g | tofu |
| 115 ml | oyster sauce or sweet &sour sauce or barbecue sauce |
| 1 tsp | vegetable oil |
| salt | |
| garlic powder |
Method
Coat a cookie sheet with oil.
Slice tofu lengthwise, about and pat dry. Put the sauce into a dish, and coat each piece of tofu well.
Place the coated tofu on the cookie sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle on desired seasoning and bake at 200°C for 20 to 30 minutes.
