| 120 g | cooked ham |
| 200 g | tomatoes |
| 1 medium | onion |
| 120 | Gouda cheese |

Method

Toast muffin halves on the highest setting.
Spread cream cheese on each half, top with ham, then the sliced tomatoes, onion and season with freshly ground pepper and salt. Top each muffin with a slice of gouda cheese and grill for about 8 minutes. Top muffin with the second half and serve.
