Barbecued Salmon
| 4 | salmon steaks |
| 3 tbsp | butter, melted |
| 1 tbsp | lemon juice |
| 1 tbsp | white wine vinegar |
| ¼ | lemon peel, grated |
| ¼ tsp | garlic salt |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
Method
Combine butter, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, lemon peel, garlic salt, and salt. Mix well.
Brush both sides of the salmon steaks with mixture and let sit for about 15 minutes.
Grill salmon under a tent of foil over hot coals.
Cook for 6-8 minutes on each side depending on the thickness of your steaks. Turn once, brushing with sauce.
