60 ml tomato sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp chili powder
1 dash(es) tabasco

Whisk all the ingredients together and use to brush onto the meat while cooking.
