Spaghetti Carbonara
| 200 g | spaghetti |
| 200 ml | cream |
| 50 g | Parmesan cheese, freshly grated |
| 3 medium | eggs, yolks only |
| 100 g | bacon, diced |
| 1 medium | white onion |
| some | butter |
| pepper and salt, to taste |
Method
Slice the onion very finely. Melt butter in a frying pan and fry the bacon with the onion.
Cook the Spaghetti.
Mix the egg yolk with the cream and Parmesan cheese. Then add the bacon and onion to this mixture.
Drain the Spaghetti and place them on a warm plate. Add the sauce and stir it for about 1 minute.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
