with Amaretto

Ingredients

eggs, separeted in yolk and egg white
250 g powdered sugar
1 packet(s) vanilla sugar, 8g
125 ml Amaretto
250 ml cooking oil
375 g flour
1 packet(s) baking powder, 15g
2 tbsp cacoa
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 20 min / Grade of difficulty: medium / Calories per portion: n/a

Mix the yolk, the powered sugar and the vanilla sugar with a blender. Add the Amaretto and the oil. Blend until it is creamy.

Mix the flour and the baking powder in an extra bowl. Sieve the flour on the eggcream and stir it in. Whisk stiff the egg white and fold it in.

Seperate the batter in 2 halves. Add the cacoa to one half. Use a round cake pan (26 cm). Fill in the batter with a tablespoon. Place a spoonful of dark batter next to a spoonful of the other batter. For the second layer place the batter shifted (like a chessboard).

Bake for 50 minutes, 160°C, hot air. After 30 minutes cover with aluminium foil.
