Ingredients

1 tbsp dry milk powder
2 medium eggs, whites only
4 drop(s) yellow food colour
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 5 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Combine powdered milk with the egg whites and beat with fork until smooth. Add food color, and beat until blended.

This makes about 60 ml, equal to 1 large egg.
