Quick Chicken Pot
| 1 kg | chicken breast |
| 2 medium | eggs, hard boiled, sliced |
| 250 g | carrots, thinly sliced |
| 250 g | green peas |
| 300 ml | chicken soup |
| 250 ml | milk or single cream |
| 150 g | butter, melted |
| salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste |
Method
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Place the chicken, eggs, carrots and peas in a casserole. Mix the milk or cream together with the soup and season with salt and pepper. Add soup mix into the casserole. Add the butter.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
