Quick Chicken Pot

Ingredients per portions

kg chicken breast
medium eggs, hard boiled, sliced
250 g carrots, thinly sliced
250 g green peas
300 ml chicken soup
250 ml milk or single cream
150 g butter, melted
  salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste


Method

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Place the chicken, eggs, carrots and peas in a casserole. Mix the milk or cream together with the soup and season with salt and pepper. Add soup mix into the casserole. Add the butter.

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
