Savoury Casserole
| 4 | lamb chops or chicken breasts |
| 1 | onion, sliced into rings |
| 1 tbsp | plain flour |
| 1 tbsp | tomato sauce |
| 1 tbsp | vinegar |
| 1 tbsp | sugar |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| ½ tsp | curry powder |
| ½ tsp | ginger |
| ½ tsp | cinnamon |
| ½ tsp | mustard |
| 1 | beef stock cube |
Method
Use lamb chops or cicken breasts.
Seal chops in frying pan, remove and place in an oven proof casserole dish.
Sauté onions and then place on top of chops in casserole.
Place all remaining ingredients in a jug or similar container and mix.
Gradually add water and mix to a nice smooth consistany (at this stage you can add mushrooms celery carrots or any other vegetable).
Place lid on casserole and bake in oven for one hour stirring occasionally. More water may be added if mixture thickens too much.
