Ingredients

150 g flour
80 ml canola oil
3 tbsp skim milk
1/2 tsp salt

Method

Preparation time: ca. 15 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

In a bowl mix flour and salt in one bowl. In another bowl mix oil and milk together. Combine dry and wet ingredients and beat with a fork until clumps form.

Lightly flour your hands and press batter into a ball. Then flatten it out into the size of a pancake. Roll out between sheets of wax paper to desired thickness.

Peel off top sheet of paper and flip into a pie plate. Then peel off second sheet. Press dough into pie plate and trim off edges.
